There is also a camp for girls and the two camps get together for group activities. This organization began in 1921 and the ethos is to teach young people about respecting each other and good sportsmanship, in addition to instruction and competition. The camp comprises two private lakes and four baseball fields with score boards and dugouts. There is lots to do apart from baseball on the Summer Baseball Camps. There is an Olympic sized swimming pool, all weather tennis courts, a gymnasium, and a climbing tower, zip line and ropes course. Campers are aged 5 - 17 years old and everyone is welcomed, including children without any experience. The training includes hitting, throwing, sliding, ground balls, baserunning, run downs and so on. Positional training, catching and pitching skills are also worked on and players will take part in instructional team games.
